The QTI Group is assisting our client, located in Waunakee, in recruiting to hire an Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team on a temp-to-hire basis. Our client manufactures, assembles, distributes, and sells drive components and systems in North America. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, and confirming customer orders and supporting customer related sales activity. The schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be in office until the training period is over. Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and confirm customer orders; support customer related sales activity
- Will provide customer or production contact to clarify orders to verify accurate product order
- Contact customer for information regarding purchase orders
- Draft order information
- File and maintain paperwork associated with each order
- Assist internal sales team by working on quotes from the quotes queue and by taking customer phone calls (in a back-up capacity)
- May be assigned order processing duties for Key and Target Accounts
- Other duties as business needs require
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of order entry, customer service, inside sales or power transmission industry knowledge preferred
- Experience in technical industry a plus
- Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours per day
- Self motivated and detail oriented
- Strong comprehension and memory skills
- Must have reliable transportation to Waunakee
- Social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing is required while in office
