SUMMARY
Support and ensure that the restaurant operates within Anduzzi's Sports Club standards, while meeting/exceeding sales and profitability objectives. Responsible for the proper execution and operation of the kitchen department in collaboration with the Operations and Management Teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure the environment in the restaurant supports our core values of honesty, character, integrity, collaboration, chemistry and fun.
- Responsible for compliance with local health and safety codes as well as Company safety and security policies.
- Emphasize safety, sanitation and security awareness, and ensure that Team Members are properly trained to create a safe work environment
- Maintain food quality standards for the location
- Achieves in-store training objectives as assigned by the Operations Team Leader.
- Responsible for maintaining uniform product ordering and inventory practices in their location
- Monitors Supply Calculator and approves supply purchases in their location
- Works with Kitchen Management Team to establish and maintain stanards of operations including but no limited to:
- Cleanliness/Maintenance Standards
- Training, Coaching of BOH Teams
- Demonstrating exemplary communication skills
- Labor and food cost control
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role has direct supervisory responsibility of the entire Kitchen Staff. They have a leadership role within the organization and are expected to exemplify legendary leadership in the Anduzzi's organization.

- ServSafe or Wisconsin Food Manager Certification
- Experience with monitoring food and labor costs, menu development and costing
- Ability to lead teams and make difficult decisions
- Ability to delegate and hold others accountable
- Ability to maintain composure and motivate teams
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 2-4 Years of Kitchen Management experience in a high volume business operation.
- Knowledge of Sports Themed Restaurants.
- Catering experience is preferred.
