Position: Inside Sales Representative

• Convert qualified prospects to clients.
• Be an active team player on the sales team and throughout the company to meet company objectives.
• Understand and thrive in a metrics based sales position
• Bring new eyes and skills to your team and posess the power to motivate and push everyone to do their best

Qualifications:

• High school, 2-4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relatable sales experience, preferably inside sales
• Manage details and organize projects and contacts throughout the entire sales cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making presentations both in-person and via web conferencing
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
• Commute to and work in an office environment, use all computer/phone equipment for the hours required and participate in monthly and quarterly meetings

Schedule:
Must be available between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday through Friday and being willing to go above and beyond their regular hours.

Salary:
$45,000/ year base salary with uncapped commission
*Most first year recruits make $67,500*
