Entry-Level Recruiter- $17.50/hr

• Assist in coordinating the sourcing and review of candidates, both locally and nationally, as directed.
• Screens resumes/applications, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers.
• Make recommendations for creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of all applicant information and Human Resources Department records.
• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.).
• Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
• Contract: 10-12 Weeks
