Customer Service Manager - $75K - $90K annually
Express is currently recruiting for an Customer Service Manager for an immediate opening with a great local company. The client is seeking candidates that defines the standards for excellent customer service, develops and oversees the processes to meet those standards and allocates resources to execute on the processes. Customer Support Coordinator positions report to the Customer Service Manager. This role interacts directly with Customers, Distributors/Dealers, third party partners, and internal departments.

- Leading a team of 8 employees
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Develop and implement operational policies
- Identify and address problems and opportunities
- Effectively communicate company initiatives and policies with team
- Understanding and ability to monitor safe workplace practices
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of management experience
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
