DescriptionAccountemps has a client in the South Metro that is looking for a sharp Billing Clerk to come and assist their dynamic team! You will be responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers and updating customer files.Job Duties:??? Issue invoices to customers??? Issue monthly customer statements??? Update customer files with issued invoices??? Process credit memos??? Update the customer master file with contact information??? Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register??? Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites??? Submit invoices by electronic data interchangeRequirements??? High School Diploma??? Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications??? Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data???
