This position is in the Flexography department so having that prior experience is mandatory. Enforce optimal line speed and suggest adjustments to personnel placement as required.??? Effectively communicate with incoming and outgoing shifts as related to the optimal running of ourproduction.??? Assist operators in obtaining maximum production through put with minimal downtime.??? Assist operators in diagnosing complex machine issues. When applicable, work with maintenancestaff, outside contractor etc.to resolve issues.??? Promote a positive environment among production employees.??? Coordinate all hourly training activities for shift employees in current best practices.???
