Seeking experienced armed WI security officer with experience working in a housing environment. Applicants must have WI private security permit, a concealed carry permit is not sufficient.

Applicants will also need prior firearms training to WI DOJ standards. Must also provide own duty equipment (own firearm, ammo, and vest).

All applicants are required to have a valid drivers license.

Must be available to work weekends and overnights.

Candidates need have the ability to work in teams as well as independently. These positions require customer service oriented professionals. Our officers are in highly visible safety and security response roles. Duties will include patrolling on foot, and emergency situation response and reporting. You will provide an array of services to customers and employees. The security officer will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment; monitoring choke points and maintaining access control at check points. Officers may be required to monitor facility fire suppression systems, intrusion systems, and use CCTV technology.

This position is PT, but could be made FT if willing to work other sites as well.
