The ideal candidate will be able to support the Director of Process Engineering and Senior Project Engineer by providing office, organization and data processing support as well as supporting design and execution activities as needed. Responsibilities Include:Develop and maintain Gantt charts and project timelinesDeveloping in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomesSharing relevant documentation and reports with project teamsProviding information and regular support to stakeholdersBeing point of contact for various working groupsUnderstanding formal escalation and review processesProviding support to project managers and business leaders when requestedThorough project documentationCreating and reviewing of reportsKnowledge of industry best practiceCreating scope and bid documentsIssue Purchase orders for capex itemsAssists in training engineering team on project management toolsThe Ideal Candidate will have the Following QualificationsBachelor's degree or Associates degree in engineering, construction management or project management.Two or more years of applicable experience in engineering or project coordinator position.Working knowledge of AutoCAD. Excellent computer skills with a mastery of MS Office Suites and general office communication software.Able to read and understand engineering documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.General knowledge of engineering standards and symbols for all disciplines.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must possess a valid driver's license.Prefer that the position be located at the Monogram Support Center in Edgerton, MN or Memphis, TN.Ability to travel up to 35% on average.Ability to work in a team environment and diverse workforce.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
