Semi-skilled Assembler

Kelly is currently seeking a **Semi- skilled Assembler** for one of our top clients in **Fargo, ND** .Multiple shifts available!**Pay:** $14.67/hourJOB PURPOSE: Perform general operation and production in accordance with pre-established labor and quality standards.JOB FUNCTIONS:1. Perform assembly as required by manufacturing processes.2. Must stay current with relevant acceptance criteria.3. Record any product statistical measurements.4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.5. Maintain flexible hours.REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Education or equivalentREQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Manufacturing or assembly experienceREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:1. High degree of manual dexterity.2. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.3. Must be highly motivated, self-starter, and work with little or no supervision.4. Demonstrated computer skills required, including field input and transmission requirements and understanding of daily reports.5. Demonstrated verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.6. Must be able to apply quality control techniques.7. Must be able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions (MWI, SOP, etc.).8. Experience with productivity, quality, and safety and environmental language and goals.9. Demonstrated hand tool knowledge and operation.10.
