Please go through the below mentioned description.Job Description:Under the direction of production supervision, the Production Assembler builds the highest quality products at the lowest possible cost, meeting company production standards, customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.Read and execute assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals.Assemble products, following work instructions ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.Operate computer to check schedules, update manufacturing status of jobs.Continually monitor quality of parts used in the assembly process.$500 (gross) sign-on/retention bonus to be paidHours will be paid and invoiced as double time if the standard 40 hours during the M-F work week are met and the contractor works minimally 4 hours on the Saturday preceding the Sunday.Requirements:Previous manufacturing and/or assembly experience is required.Demonstrated reliability; short term average work employment is a red flag.Able to work the entirety of the shift from a standing positionAble to lift 30-50 lbs as neededWork Schedule:3rd shift - 9:45pm - 6:15am (Su-Th), some OT may be required2nd shift - 1:45pm-10:15pm (M-F), some OT may be required1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F), some OT may be requiredWhy Manpower?Voted #1 best places to work by Glassdoor 2020Weekly pay with direct depositFree upskill training programs availablePaid referral programStop your job search and apply today!
