The Mortgage Servicing Manager will be a hands on manager with the additional role of taking the lead for all mortgage loan servicing activities, including portfolio and secondary market investor mortgages. The Mortgage Servicing Manager will ensure that loan servicing is conducted in adherence with policies, procedures, and legal and regulatory requirements.As the Mortgage Servicing Manager with Community First Credit Union you will:Ensure loans are monitored and disbursed in accordance with approved loan terms and according to organization policiesManage the Mortgage Servicing staff by providing coaching and monitoring work load in the departmentParticipate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and other projects for the mortgage servicing department and other teams as requested within the credit unionConduct verification and quality control of mortgage servicingCoordinate and prepare for various required internal and external auditsMaintain accurate records on all loan escrow accounts and ensure all taxes, insurance premiums are paid on accounts in a timely manner and receipts are recordedEducation and Experience:Associate's degree in Business or related fieldMinimum of five years of mortgage loan servicing experience required in both portfolio and secondary marketMinimum of three years of mortgage servicing management experience requiredPrevious experience in a high volume mortgage environment preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office products with previous loan application experience(Fiserv experience preferred)Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
