We are currently seeking talented Designer's to join our Flex Force Team to service our clients' needs across the United States. The ideal candidate will be eager and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. The Designer's primary focus is translating design concepts and visualizing solutions to develop products and campaigns based upon customer or client needs. This position leverages creative expertise through presentation materials, research, samples, logic and strategy to develop solutions for products and campaigns. The Designer utilizes creative thinking while following brand standards and internal workflows to create designs that meet project deliverables in an efficient manner.

We operate 24/7 and are seeking to fill both day and night positions with flexible start times and days of the week. You'll get the opportunity to work on different projects for some of the world's biggest brands.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH?

• Ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques
• Performing assigned tasks within the overall production workflow and assigned budget, according to work order specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), company standards, and the client's Brand guidelines and standards
• Ensuring client project team has most current information about the status of the assigned project(s) by logging and maintaining project plan information into the project tracking system.
• Developing and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
• Working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

• Producing high quality standards in all production client deliverables
• Meet the deadlines of the project to ensure all tasks and activities are completed on time
• You initiate kickoff and solution review meetings and ensures that subsequent meetings or tasks occur in a timely manner as dictated by each project
• You meet the clients' needs and understands client's expectation

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
??? Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Design, Advertising, Marketing or related field
??? Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
??? 6+ years progressive design experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
??? Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
??? Ability to provide professional portfolio upon request
??? High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
??? Proficient with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXpress, etc.
??? Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
??? Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
??? Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
??? Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
??? Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
??? Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
??? Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
