We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at 1500 Nicollet , a 183 unit apartment community in Minneapolis, MN.

Position Summary:

The Community Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations of the property
  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Build positive relationships within the community
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of previous property management experience
  • Section 8 experience, preferred
  • Tax Credit experience, required
  • Section 42 experience, required
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed
  • Ability to work on-call if needed
  • Yardi software experience
