We are currently seeking a Multi-Site Manager to join our team at Elmcreek and Champlin Drive , 2 apartment communities in Champlin, MN (144 total units).

Position Summary:

The Multi-Site Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations of the properties
  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Build positive relationships within the community
  • Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of previous property management experience and managing experience
  • Tax Credit / Section 42 experience required
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Yardi software experience a plus
