As a Business Analyst Manager you will be accountable for leading the design and functional delivery of system development projects that support the backend administrative tasks of eligibility management, billing and collections, claims adjudication and document management.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges. Green Bay, WI preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4 to 6 Business Analysts that are responsible for defining and developing the Features and User Stories that drive application development efforts
• Perform problem solving, understanding business processes and problems, and developing solutions
• Manage the project intake process and work with senior leadership to define strategic capabilities and manage prioritization
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and implementation tasks
• Ensure peer reviews and adequate testing of solutions are conducted

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
• Experience with the Agile Development methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Application Development
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Management experience, either through direct reporting relationships or through projects
• Knowledge of Health Care Industry and related business functions
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
