Our offices are in Houston, Calgary, and Toronto.To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a Professional Services Manager to join our Services team.What you will doLead high-impact projects deploying Validere's solutions (360/Edge) to oil and gas clientsService and delight Validere clients throughout the customer journey, providing compelling data-driven analysis and recommendations with a laser-focus on delivering value and removing frictionPartner with a high-skilled, cross-functional team of industry and functional expertsDevelop and implement practices that scale with our rapid growthWhat you bring to the teamStrong track record of successfully managing teams and projects. Bonus points for experience managing software implementations and other technology projectsAbility to perform basic analytics, structure data, quickly identify root problems, prototype solutions, and manage path to deployment & scalingExpert communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, business, and executive audiencesExperience in client-facing roles and ability to build "trusted advisor" relationshipsStrong grasp of math and statistics, basic (1st year) understanding of chemistry/physics; business-logic-level understanding of AI/machine learning, IoT, automation techniques, and other technologiesUnderstanding of the oil and gas industry and value chain and/or appetite to learn more.
