**Description:****_Consumer Insights Analyst_**1. Research questionnaire writing and online survey programminga. Responsible for questionnaire development, programming, data analysis and reporting on internal panelstudies - summarizing and socializing key insights.b. Is able to conduct moderately complex research projects under general supervision.2. Research report writinga. Condenses research findings and projects into a "story" featuring actionable insights, based on consumerbehavior, that can be used in business activities.b. Finds ways to present/ share Insights and compels clients to act upon it, so that consumer information isthe starting point for business activities.c. Focuses on the end consumer and brings that focus to every initiative in which they are involved.3. Project management (of research projects and external vendor)a. Keeps clients informed of study progress, schedules out brief meetings and presentations, and ensurestiming expectations are met.b. May include weekly status calls with external suppliers. Works with external partner to ensure health andparticipation of online panel (including facilitating panelist newsletter/ communications) and coordinatespanel refresh activity when needed.c. Ensure key deliverables are received on time and reviewed for quality and accuracy.**_Top Skills Details:_**Primary Market ResearchSurvey**_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or In Process degree)+ Minimum of 1 year experience with primary market research (either supplier or client side). Or degree in marketing research.+ Experience in all phases of market research from project inception to final data analysis - including analysis of raw tabs - and communicating results is required. Familiarity with basic statistics and statistical tests (ie: means, t-tests, margin of error and correlations) a plus.+ Must possess training or experience in questionnaire design (i.e., experience with different scales, knowledgeable about avoiding bias, etc.).+ Capable of managing project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously when necessary.+ Ability to take constructive criticism in the spirit of continuous improvement. Desire to progress through organization and learn new things.+ Willingness to take on multiple new projects with a sense of urgency and adaptable to change with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position needs really good attention to detail.
