SEEKING an all around Handy Man or Woman for this immediate Property Maintenance position. Ozaukee County employer. $22-23/hour to start, Direct Hire status. Immediate hiring need to replace a retirement. SEEKing general maintenance and repair for Residential, Commercial and Condominium buildings Light plumbing Light electrical. Light carpentry. Minor appliance repair experiences. HVAC troubleshooting and minor repair experience. Additional overall general maintenance, repair and/or replacement of interior and exterior doors, blinds, screens, shower rods, door locks and keys Respond to work/maintenance requests from residents and owners in a timely manner - there is an on-call schedule with this job.
