If you're looking for a position where you can serve as an asset to your company while making a difference in others' lives, we have the ideal position for you**location: Oak Creek, Wisconsinjob type: Contractsalary: $13.60 - 16.00 per hourwork hours: 9 to 5education: High Schoolresponsibilities:**Responsibilites:**+ Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting.+ Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative biological or chemical analytical tests according to standard procedures.+ Assists higher level technicians in setup of laboratory equipment and in recording data for experiments and procedures.+ Requires knowledge in using various instruments to prepare for and perform tests.+ Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on instruments.+ Performs physical and analytical tests on in process samples, intermediates and finished goods. The ability to be learn and become proficient as a color adjuster is also required.+ As members of the team, the candidate will have responsibility to produce quality work with speed and accuracy.+ The candidates will also be responsible for in process and fill start samples for the entire paint plant while covering the in-process bench at times. They will work with Technical and the Process Team to make sure we manufacture and process formulas as efficiently as possible.+ The candidates will also be responsible for calibration and verification of equipment, gage R, 5S, housekeeping and performing all activities safely as directed by safety policies and procedures.+ Also supporting plant KPI's for safety, OTIF, cost, and increasing capacity and department goals.qualifications:**Education & Qualifications:**+ Typically requires a high school education or equivalentskills: GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
