Finance Technician
Narrative Description:
Working with the Finance Team this position will support member districts and the Finance Team in the areas of Minnesota State School Finance, SMART Systems support and the federal E-Rate Program. This person will also act as ARCC's Business Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college with an associate degree in Business Administration or Accounting is desired.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles desired.
- Ability to prepare reports, publications, training materials and to speak in public is required.
- Experience in customer support is required.
- Experience with SMART Finance is desired.
- General understanding and ability to utilize spreadsheets and computer based finance systems in an efficient and effective manner is required.
- Experience with the federal E-Rate program is desired.
