Responsibilities of the Work from Home Customer Service Representative:
  • Taking inbound customers service calls
  • Answering any incoming questions and referring calls if needed
Requirements of the Work from Home Customer Service Representative:
  • Must have your own phone and computer with access to the internet
  • Quiet, secure and uninterrupted work environment
  • Ability to work independently and avoid distractions
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • Self-Motivated/ Disciplined
Compensation & Schedule details for the Work from Home Customer Service Representative:
  • Full-Time - WORK FROM HOME
  • Working 8-10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am and 5pm
  • $13.00/hour

  • Provide customers with superior customer service
  • Provide customer service for internal customers
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
  • Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account
  • Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service
  • Make out going customer service calls
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service
  • Resolve any customer service issues
