- R&D and process development experience
- BS degree in Engineering or Technical Field or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years engineering experience
- Experience in a Product Development setting: (R&D, Process Development, PMO or Manufacturing environment)
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Component inventory management experience
- Manufacturing equipment design experience
- Experience with manufacturing tooling and process validations
- Experience composing product specifications
- Experience with design principles for a mechanical system
- Experience using SolidWorks for mechanical design
- Experience with specification tolerancing
- Technical writing skills - e.g., technical reports, test methods, product specifications
- Exposure to Program Management methodologies
- Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Past member of a Class II/III medical device development project, including general exposure to FDA and outside U.S. regulations
- 1-3 years project coordination experience
- Experience developing manufacturing processes and technologies
- Experience with quick-turn prototype manufacturing
- SolidWorks Proficiency
