Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and hiring efforts including conduction of interviews, onboarding, and hosting new hire orientations.
• Establish and maintain communications with various staff and management.
• Maintain various confidential and time sensitive employee records.
• Provide assistance to employees including inquiries regarding benefits, events, and other related items.
• Work directly with employees and management companywide to coordinate safety training programs and activities.
• Recommend and administer process improvements.
• Conduct job site inspections and accident investigations as necessary.
• Assist in policy creation and enforcement within the company.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant job experience required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required
• Strong time management, organization, and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quick problem solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and add long-term value within an organization.
