Senior Architectural Technician - Multifamily Housing

Are you a Senior Architectural Technician that would like to have the freedom to work remotely 4+ days per week? Would you like to take the technical lead on small multifamily architecture projects with full control of how the project is produced?

Now hiring a Senior Architectural Technician for multi-family housing projects. This is a brand new, full time position.

You will benefit from setting your own hours. There are no core hours required. You can set your own schedule and be available for an occasional meeting. You can decide when to get your work done.

The Senior Architectural Technician will be working on architecture projects in the multifamily sector, with occasional work in hospitality and corporate. You will work in conjunction with a small team, including a licensed Architect, to complete a variety of projects.

The Senior Architectural Technician will take the conceptual design for commercial architecture projects and complete the drawing sets for all phases of each project through construction documentation. Additional duties will be to provide design when needed, assist with project coordination, and incorporate building codes.

About You:

• Associates Degree in Architectural Technology or a general Drafting Degree
• 5-20+ years of progressive experience as an Architectural Technician or Job Captain
• Highly proficient with Revit software
• Ability to design, develop, and draw architectural plans, sections, elevations, details, etc
• Experience coordinating with the various disciplines and consultants
• Project experience with multifamily housing a plus
