Job Description

Support Enterprise Procurement leaders in the execution of sourcing projects by providing market research, analytical support, and vendor proposal analysis. Interact with business owners to understand specifications and requirements within assigned commodities, with vendors to understand product and service offerings and pricing, and with peers and leadership to understand and perform directed analysis of sourcing data.

Responsibilities

Build baseline and pricing models for sourcing projects as directed. Provide market research and analytics to Enterprise Procurement leaders to support the execution of sourcing projects.

Support supplier negotiations, including assisting in the development of negotiation strategies, pricing models, and contract documents.

Analyze market and spend data. Decompose vendor pricing proposals to understand fixed and variable pricing drivers and levers. Work with others to quantify spend associated with assigned commodities.

Assist with drafting evaluation criteria, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Structure and conduct RFP response analysis with support of Enterprise Procurement leaders.

Collaborate with team members to complete assigned projects.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
0-1 year of experience.
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Strong data analysis skills. Ability to use pivot tables to analyze large volumes of data and interpret key findings.
Ability to effectively use Powerpoint to communicate findings clearly and persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience.
Experience in RFP drafting and supplier negotiations.
Finance and/or analytics experience.
Good collaboration skills
