Accounts Payable (A/P) Admimistrators who can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks will be interested in this position with a dynamic organization with a growing team.

Major responsibilities

- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners

- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents

- Conduct full-cycle A/P

- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling

- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

- Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

Job Requirements:
- Spreadsheet and database capabilities

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

- Accounts Payable (AP) experience

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
