Payroll/HR Processor/District Staff Trainer

Assist in processing payrolls. This position will also be responsible for training new school district staff members to process payroll and the subsequent tasks that are done at the district level to pay all payroll items. Also, assist in training staff on new modules as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Two years at an accredited business school or equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated experience and knowledge of payroll processing and associated payroll tax law.
  • Experience with school district business practices, payroll preparation and payroll reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows-based operating systems, and standard spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
