Maintenance Technician

Position Overview:

Creative Automation is a world leader in custom automation for the woodworking and related industries. This position provides an outstanding individual the opportunity to have a critical support role in the manufacturing of world-class automation. You will be rewarded on a daily basis!

Responsibilities:

• Building maintenance (interior and exterior)
• HVAC troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Basic repair and preventative maintenance of machines (CNC and manual mills, lathes, fork lifts, hand tools, etc.)
• Will give direction to a part time assistant
• Various improvement projects
• Plus various miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Good electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• HVAC knowledge
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Basic welding and machining skills a plus
