- Senior/Lead Software Engineer (2SSE)
- Primary skills should be Java, Microservices (Docker), Cucumber, Spring boot, Linux environment/Linux scripting, CI/CD
- This person will collect the inputs from architects and convert them into design specifications for the implementers/coders
- Understands the system functionality wing-to-wing e.g. workflows from frontend to backend for impact analysis of change requests, new features and identify appropriate subsystem component for issue ownership. Must demonstrate big picture knowledge
- Experience of migrating legacy code to modern tech stack and full stack is bonus but not must
- Must be able to describe how he demonstrated technical leadership (scrum master experience is not needed)
- Must demonstrate experience on working on a complex, distributed and large scale system and solving problems
- Good understanding of data structures and design patterns
- Should be able to work as implementer/coder when needed
