Starkey has been a vendor on the Veterans Administration Hearing Aids and Wireless Accessories contract for over 30 years and is proud to provide better hearing to those who have served our country.The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for engaging with customers within the VA Hospital, Department of Defense and Indian Health Services customer base, to process orders and respond to customer requests related to orders, VA contract requirements and Starkey product offerings in a fast-paced environment. Our comprehensive training program provides the technical knowledge to consult with our customers to ensure product requests meet patient needs and are contract compliant.
