We want people who bring experience and want an experience.Our Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for the following:Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewalsInteract directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancyGenerate and handle traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and proceduresAssist with the company's on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancyLed by the Leasing Manager, the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager and has no supervisory responsibilitiesPerform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policiesDon't sell yourself short. Our Leasing Consultants must have the following qualifications:BA in Marketing preferred, High School Diploma or G.E.D requiredMinimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services or sales desiredValid Driver's License requiredKnowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)Yardi Program knowledge is a plusExcellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientationProficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skillsWE Together, we can help develop a great career for you.
