**Introduction**
At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The ISV team under IBM Cloud and Cognitive Applications guides Independent Software Vendors (ISV) through the cloud transformation that is right for them based on industry trends and emerging technologies.
We are looking for an Entry Level ISV Solution Sales Program Manager to join the team, who will analyze current business problems, provide insights, and offer recommendations for process improvements.
**Responsibilities may include**:
- Analyze recent sales bids/proposals, and provide insights into current process
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements
- Create a standardized template to increase speed and quality of sales proposals
- Support geographic sales teams with individual ISV deals, offering best practices and removing blockers
- Work on other projects, as assigned, to analyze business problems and provide key insights and recommendations
This role may be for you if you show a proven track record of accomplishment in:
- Evaluating critical business problems, including providing qualitative insights
- Using your analytical, collaboration, and communication skills to provide quality recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Driving important projects from discovery to delivery
- Working in a fast-paced environment with rapid and continual changes
The role may be performed from anywhere in the U.S., though the ideal candidate will be able to work from our Manhattan location, once offices reopen.
