Sr Business Project Manager - Digital Health - PMO

*upon offer, candidates must complete background check and drug test* Primary Duties and Responsibilities: ??? Lead the project planning and execution with cross functional leaders, including establishment of program objectives, success criteria, key requirements/scope, timelines, deliverables and identification of key interdependencies across contributing teams. ??? Plan and track schedules, resources, progress and risks throughout the life of the program, and actively manage any risks and issues to ensure success of the program objectives. ??? Identify and resolve program level issues throughout the life of the program through leadership and influence. ??? Manage project level budgets and resource allocation. ??? Track program deliverables using appropriate tools ??? Monitor program progress and regularly report on status of the program to the stakeholders ??? Proactively manage changes in program scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to achieve program outcome ??? Provide direction and support to project teams and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Required Skills ??? Bachelor's degree ??? 8+ years of total experience in project management and program management ??? Experience in medical device or enterprise software development in healthcare ??? Proven track record of managing large complex programs, from kickoff to completion ??? Experience working across functional and geographical boundaries, in a matrix environment. ??? Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making skills ??? Good communication skills - ability to present in front or large and small audience, from senior Executives to team members and associates. ??? Experience working under a PMO or equivalent organizational structure
