Our Maintenance Technician position plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our residents by maintaining and improving the overall appearance of the property. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Completing work orders in a timely manner.
- Ensuring vacant apartments are "move in" ready.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
- Providing assistance to the manager and other team members as required.
- Provide 24 hour emergency service when scheduled.

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. safely.
