**Description:**Inbound call center customer service for retirement savings with large banking institution.Expect 60 to 100 inbound calls from banking customers requesting information about their retirement accounts. Mutual Funds, 401K, Traditional, Roth, IRA, Investments.Customers calling inbound are bank employees or customers.Calls inbound will be requesting to get set up online, available balances, information on disbursement, fees, penalties, etc.Hours of Operation - 5:55am to 10:00pm; every quarter shifts are drawn. MUST be available for all shifts to get hired on perm. The candidates with the best testing scores will get first pick on shifts.Training will be 8am to 4:30pm for 3 weeks, then nesting for 2 weeks.
