Senior Project Manager

**Description:**This Sr. Project Manager needs to have experience working with large scale construction projects ($10MM+), specifically, industrial manufacturing type projects within food processing facilities. Other projects that are of value would be cold storage facilities, freezers, and distribution centers. This person will oversee all construction activities and eventually will be managing multiple projects at once.This opportunity will be for a seasoned (7+ years) Project Manager who will be local to the Dakota Dunes, SD/ N. Sioux City, SD area, and they need to be comfortable going into the office 3 days/week with an average of 2 days/week traveling. There will be travel to various worksites, but they're home significantly more than they are on the road traveling in the role.MBW's projects typically are between Minnesota down to Texas. They have projects coming up in Arizona, Illinois, and Arkansas. So, this person must be ok with that general location for projects.They will get per diem (project-based) and be compensated very well for everything they are a part of. Per diem is based on an individual case-by-case basis. It depends on their pay grade/scale and what they're working on and what location.Minimum Expectations & Responsibilities:8+ years of professional experience working as a PM in the construction industry overseeing similar projects.Proficient with coordinating the construction, engineering, and business sides of projects.Able to define projects SOW and estimating costs.Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts until an agreement has been made.Proficient in obtaining permits and licenses from local/state/federal governments as needed.Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and staff along with allocating job duties.Develop an effective construction schedule and monitor it throughout the lifecycle to ensure its completion on time and under budget while operating under all safety requirements.**Skills:**Design-Build, Project management, Construction, Food Processing, Construction Management, Industrial Manufacturing, Food Industry, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Engineering, Food, Change Order, Design, ProCore**Top Skills Details:**Proven experience running and overseeing entire (inception through completion & commissioning) projects at least $10MM+ in project scope.Must have experience working with food processing facilitiesProjects must have been Industrial Manufacturing type construction, and it's 100% ok if they don't have formal education as long as there's a significant professional amount of experience in lieu of formal education.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Must have experience working in a Project Manager role from start to finish.
