DescriptionPosition Summary:The Executive Assistant will provide high level administrative support primarily to Cambria's EVP, General Counsel and Business Administration. This position will also help support other professionals in the Legal/Business Administration Department. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for completing a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an active calendar of appointments; arranging travel plans; assisting with project management; organizing files; maintaining task lists; and general duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support the EVP, General Counsel and Business Administration with various administrative and other support dutiesProactively manage the Legal Department's calendars, including scheduling meetings, arranging meeting spaces and services while anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities as well as helping to navigate the requests with a calm sense of responsibilityPrepare general correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents as well as maintain confidential files, records and reportProcess invoices and review various accounting records and monthly expense reports ensuring accuracy Maintain and follow-up regarding task lists assigned by the EVP, General Counsel and Business AdministrationPerform general clerical work such as data entry and maintenance, filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.Utilize Microsoft Office including Word processing and extensive use of Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Google SuitePerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirementsSuperior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExtremely detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesHighly adaptable in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment with the ability to establish prioritiesExcellent project coordination and organizational skillsOutstanding proofreading skillsMaintain a positive attitude as well as a professional demeanor at all timesWork well both independently and with a teamAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately and professionally at all timesMinimum Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plusExperience: 4-6 years related business experience, including supporting executive leaders and calendar management requiredSystems: Google Suite, Microsoft OfficeTravel Requirements: Travel to other Cambria locations required as neededPhysical Requirements: This is an office position requiring telephone and computer useCambria offers a competitive benefits package that encompasses your health and well-being, financial health, retirement planning and time-off.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
