We are seeking a Full-Time, self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, precise, and has a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This person must possess the technical and personal skills to perform a variety of duties to assist our mortgage team, including reviewing and producing loan documents, providing support to lenders, and maintaining current knowledge of mortgage industry guidelines.  

The individual will process through the full life cycle of the loan, including loan application review, preliminary disclosure preparation, opening functions, underwriting submission, as well as closing and post-closing duties.  Two or more years’ experience in mortgage loan processing (or related field) required. Experience with Ellie Mae Encompass software and knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and NDHFA loan programs is preferred.
