An amazing business to business sales opportunity is available in Fargo, ND for an individual with strong B2B outside sales experience, this is not a high turnover position. This individual is responsible for maintaining and increasing company profit within an assigned territory by managing and developing strong relationships with our customers. In order to be successful, the individual must be sales driven and solution focused with excellent judgment and the ability to work independently with high levels of customer management and key decision makers.

This position will have multiple solutions available to sell to a current book of business while retaining current customers on a monthly basis. A top candidate with a hunter mentality could expect an average compensation of $70,000 to six figures annually. This position will have a monthly base plus lucrative commission. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Increase Sales Profit in your assigned territory.
  • Define and deliver solutions to business decision makers and or management.
  • Continually demonstrate to the value of our products and services.
  • Be a trusted, consultative partner to our family of customers.
  • Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving established goals.
  • Proactively develop new value propositions for both existing and new customers.
  • Monitor and provide support when necessary to all customers to ensure satisfaction..
  • Proactively renew customer contracts and equipment in a timely manner.
  • Provide oversight and input into all tactical aspects of the client relationship.
  • Facilitate escalated issues from customers to the appropriate team members.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience managing hundreds of accounts, where primary contacts range from managers, directors and vice presidents to company owners.
  • 3+ years Outside Sales/Account Management experience with demonstrated knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Adaptive and flexible, team oriented with a sense of urgency. Strong goal achievement orientation.
  • Solution design and/or consultative orientation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to organize and present complex material in an easily understood manner. Exceptional professional demeanor.
  • Must be self-directed with strong attention to detail.
  • High energy, positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively on your feet.
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time to clients as needed.
