The J. J. Keller Sales Academy is a sales training programthat will prepare you for a successful career in inside saleswhere you will then have the opportunity to work from homeupon completion of program. In the Sales Academy, you will spend 30% of each month developing your knowledge of our company and the customers we serve, as well as, how to position and sell the solutions we offer. You will spend the remaining 70% of your time on the phones implementing the training provided while developing your sales skills.Youll work consistent hours, make good money and have FUN while youre at work! An attractive starting salary of $40,000+ with the opportunity to earn monthly commission!

Minimum of 6 months' experience having direct customer interaction
Bachelors or associate degree preferred, high school degreeor equivalent required
A positive attitude and the desire for a career in sales Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasionaltravel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required.
