The Information Technology Manager is directly responsible for overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the information technology and software function for New Look Contracting, Inc. and its related entities, Allstates Pavement Recycling & Stabilization, Inc., New Look Enterprises, LLC and Twin Star Equipment and Manufacturing Company.


Responsibilities: Below are the essential duties and responsibilities of the position; other duties may be assigned as directed:


1) Monitors daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems.


2) Coordinates technology and hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance.


3) Tests, troubleshoots and modifies information systems so they operate effectively.


4) Generates performance reports for operating systems.


5) Assures all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations.


6) Evaluates technology and security risks in order to develop, maintain and update the network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.


7) Remains up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices and brings ideas for improvement to management as necessary.


8) Preserves assets, information security and control structures.


9) Oversees the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.


10) Manages third-party relationships and brings suggestions to management.


11) Leads website design and update processes, acting as the point of contact with website design consultants.


12) Advises and reviews software suites that are used for core business functions.


13) Identifies opportunities for team training and software skill advancements.


14) Performs other duties as assigned and/or required.
