Job Overview:

DAHL Consulting is currently partnering with a strategic consulting, marketing and communications agency that helps set strategy, align teams, frame opinions and create demand to deliver far-reaching results for clients in the agriculture, food and rural lifestyle markets.


Roles and Responsibilities:

??? The Account Supervisor will support the Management Supervisor through their assigned accounts to meet their team and agency targets. Supports the Management Supervisor and others to identify and secure the best-qualified talent for every client project.

??? Leads, facilitates and participates in all client meetings and supports the Management Supervisor in managing client relationships to achieve team and agency financial goals.

??? Ensures strong, positive client relationships and informs account leadership of any potential

problems or issues.

??? Supports and champions all internal processes and systems and actively seeks ways to improve.

??? Oversees Sr. AE/AE/AAE to provide guidance and review client activities, progress and recommend action.

??? Effectively kicks off projects and transitions work to functional team members with support from

assigned Project Manager.

??? Leads the development of communications platforms for all assigned client projects.

??? Serves as the client advocate when discussing internal project deliverables and forecasting.

??? Ensures that project costs and hours are tracked accurately based upon the client's contractual

relationship with agency.

??? Approves all work prior to presentation to clients and serves as an internal advocate for the client. ??? Collaborates with the Management Supervisor, Group Account Director and Business Manager in

client strategic planning process and forecasting monthly and annually.

??? Is knowledgeable and stays up to date with clients' brands/products/services/marketing

developments.

??? Supports new business development activity within organization when needed.

Education and Experience

??? B.S. in agriculture/and or food business, marketing, journalism, communications and or related

field.

??? 8 - 12 years of experience managing client accounts in marketing, communications, public relations and advertising.

??? Experience and knowledge of the animal health industry.

??? Experience and knowledge of agriculture industry.

??? Proven track record of cultivating and growing client relationships.
