Archer Developer

**The role will sit in MN after April 1st. This day may change.**

Main Responsibilities:

• Building out fields in Archer
• Configuring data fields
• Record permissions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of ODA (On Demand Application) experience
• 3+ years of experience with Archer 5.2 or above, but 6.0 and above preferred
• 3+ years of experience with Archer core solutions
• 3+ years of Archer experience using calculated fields and data driven events
• 3+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
• 2+ years of Agile experience Desired Qualifications
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• PL/SQL experience
• Experience developing with one or more of the following programming languages or frameworks: HTML5, ActionScript, JavaScript, or Active Server Pages (ASP) Experience with RESTful API calls
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Archer core solutions experience
• Knowledge and understanding of business requirements analysis and writing of technical specifications
• Experience in Archer which includes creating fields, reports, iView's, and dashboards to configure access control and record permissions, events, and notifications
• Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
• Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
• Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
• Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
