The Marketing Lead Development Manager is an individual contributor on the Marketing Innovation and Technology team within the Digital Marketing Operations organization. The primary responsibilities for this role include accountability to grow sales pipeline and build relationships with key healthcare decision makers while managing daily operations of lead development and sales growth. Identify and generate new business leads with assigned accounts through market analysis and profiling, maintaining and routing phone inquiries, routing and responding to website form submissions and inquiries, and utilizing Eloqua and Salesforce technology to assign Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to sales partners. The Senior Marketing Lead Development Manager is a key decision-maker, influencing the strategy and roadmap for the response management function of Marketing Innovation and Technology. This role requires a mix of technical savvy skills in marketing automation technology combined with customer service/sales relationship ability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and leads sales and non-sales inquiries across all healthcare segments from incoming phone calls, completed website forms and emails
  • Serves as team lead for response management and lead development function, managing the roadmap and influencing the strategy for goals and priorities
  • Manages relationships cross-functionally within Digital Marketing Operations, Growth Office (Sales), and respective team members
  • Contributes to campaign strategy activities related, but not limited to, qualifying leads to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) status
  • Maintains process documentation standards and templates for response management and lead development processes
  • Tracks response management and lead development technology budgets against forecast and escalates potential misses to leadership; processes invoices and accruals as directed by team leadership
  • Regularly informs and partakes in Marketing Innovation and Technology leadership team meetings, including:
  • Weekly leadership status update meetings
  • Monthly prioritization updates, including current data on phone calls received, emails received, and form submissions
  • Quarterly check-in on goal progress and projects to enhance or onboard new processes or marketing technology
  • Responsible for utilizing data visualization platform, Domo, to regularly track data on phone calls received, emails received, form submissions, percent leads accepted by healthcare segment, etc.
  • Responsible for utilizing marketing automation technology to upload lists to Eloqua, and/or Salesforce and find areas to improve automation efforts (i.e. Chatbot technology for the website)
  • Analyzes and investigates
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
  • Efficiently completes repeatable tasks and requests
  • Provides support for marketing for all Digital Marketing Operations technology and workflows
  • Work is prescribed by supervisor and often repeatable
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience in Business, Sales or Marketing
  • Must be able to support in response management of email inboxes and phone lines. Help qualify leads from webinars, trade shows, sales inquiry forms
  • Strategize and implement processes around new conversational marketing tool (chat bot) to ensure net new leads are flowing to the proper teams
  • [Optional] be a live agent in our Drift chatbot, qualifying leads and passing them to the correct sources
  • Technical SME for event-based technology. Ensure leads are flowing from our lead capture tool to Salesforce quickly and accurately. Attend pre- and post-show calls to educate and improve process with each team
  • Support vendor management of technologies such as phone lines and lead capture
  • 1 -3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with marketing automation systems (e.x Salesforce and/or Eloqua)
  • 1-3 years of experience with customer relationships management systems (e.x. Salesforce or Eloqua)
  • 1 - 3 years Customer Service/Sales background

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce & Eloqua
  • Knowledge on the sales process

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $43,200 to $76,700.
