Summary of Position: MP Technologies (MPT) is a world-class, nationwide turnkey construction services provider with over 40 years of experience. MP Technologies, LLC is looking for Operators with gas construction experience. This long term project - 3 to 5 years. Work locations would include: Fargo, Grand Forks North Dakota and more, but must be willing to travel when.***Work will start in the Spring 2021An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of gas/utility construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools. Experience in the gas construction industry is needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to operate a certain piece of equipmentGrease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipmentTrained to operate mini excavator, backhoe, excavator, and skid steer/dozerCarry and load materials to be used on the jobFollow all company safety policies and practicesReport any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or SupervisorLight repair and maintenance of tools and equipmentAssist in hauling equipment to and from job siteClean up and restore work areaWash and clean vehicles and equipmentSafety training as required by positionPaperwork filing and maintenance as neededOther duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:Good verbal communication skillsValid Driver's LicenseValid DOT Health CardSuccessful completion of OQ trainingPreferred Skills:Class A Driver's License (CDL)OSHA 10SWPPP certificatePhysical Demands:Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the jobMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
