Summary
The qualified individual will assist the Project Management team in helping facilitate for the top ranked ENR firm's continuous growth. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: scheduling subcontractors, resolving day-to-day challenges on the job site, and inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

Our client is a is a full service General Contractor working with a variety of private clients throughout the MSP. Located just outside of Minneapolis, they have an impressive pipeline of projects in 2021.
Description
Sales and Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Forward leads to Business Development and Operations Managers
Pre-Construction/Estimating
- Assist in material takeoffs
- Assist in obtaining subcontractor & supplier quotes
Construction
- Assist in identifying and implementing cost & time saving measures during purchasing
- Assist in obtaining building and related permits
- Assist Field start up activities
- Field Daily Construction report, manpower report, PO Logs, General conditions monitor, RFI Log, Quality checklists
- Assist in punchlist completion
Post Construction
- Assist Project Manager to obtain final closeout documents
- Schedule & monitor eleven month walk thru with client
- Assist in preparing project records
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- 5-15 years of experience
- Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
- Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary between $90,000-$125,000, depending on project experience and skills
