**Description:**Working in the ATM/Debit card, ACH and Check fraud departmentExpected to work in a fast paced production oriented call center environmentFielding calls from customers who have had fraudulent activity on their accounts (debit card, ACH, check card, credit card, etc.)Provides customer service with strong investigative research while answering incoming calls from internal and external Wells Fargo customers who suspect they have fraudulent, mis-posted, or unusual activity on their accounts or are experiencing an immediate financial crisisCaptures all pertinent information from customer about their claim, conducts research, and decisions or provides updates on status of new and existing claimsQuick turnaround on calls and will take about 50 plus calls per day.Use multiple online computer systems when speaking with customers and documenting conversations**Skills:**customer service, fraud, data entry, cashier, credit card, claims**Top Skills Details:**Customer Service, Data Entry, Call Center**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**6 months of customer service experience**Experience Level:**Expert Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
