Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of motors magnetic design experience.
• Understanding of motor manufacturing methods and processes.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.
• Strong ability to rapidly research, conceptualize, prototype, and evaluate new technologies.
• Understanding of motor electromagnetic numerical simulation / modeling tools.
• Familiar with relevant agency standards.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (domestic and international).

Additional Skills Preferred:

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in electromagnetics.
• 15+ years of motors design experience.
• Six Sigma Training/Certification (Green Belt / DFSS).
• 80/20 methodology for business.
