Looking for a Light Industrial Project Manager with Manufacturing/ Distribution and tilt-wall construction experience to join a top national GC.

Client Details

Our client is a top general contractor based out of the Midwest. Their project portfolio includes many markets but the largest focus in the light industrial construction sector and retail/big box. Steady projects for 2021. Growth expected.

Description

• Manage or assist construction projects from start to closeout
• Prepare punch lists
• Management of Field Personnel
• Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress, and pulse of the project.
• Maintain a positive relationship with Owners, Engineers, and Design Consultants
• Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
• Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
• Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs

Profile

• Manufacturing and Distribution commercial construction experience preferred
• Tilt wall experience preferred
• Technical degree level education in construction or related field
• 7+ years of experience working in the construction industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Stable work record
• Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
